Langel Boutique Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Langel Boutique ("we", "us") is an eyelash-extension salon in Bangkok. These terms apply to our Facebook Pages, our Instagram accounts, our websites, and "Langel Chat".

2. Langel Chat

Langel Chat is our in-house system. Only our own staff use it, to read and reply to messages and comments that customers send to our own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses, and it is never used on other people's Pages or accounts.

3. Messages and comments

When you message us or comment on our posts, our staff may read and reply to you as our Page or account. Every reply is sent manually by a staff member. Replies are general information about our products and services and are not medical advice. We may hide or remove comments on our own posts that are spam, abusive or unlawful.

4. Facebook and Instagram

Your use of Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies. We handle data received from Meta in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies and our Privacy Policy.

5. Your data

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete the data we received about you through Facebook or Instagram at any time — see Data deletion instructions.

6. Prices, bookings and orders

Prices, promotions, bookings and orders are confirmed by our staff and follow the conditions shown on our website or in our replies at that time.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
